Musketeer - On Premise Specialist

We are looking for a Musketeer - On Premise Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia.

As a Musketeer, you will embody the Red Bull brand in the On Premise business, showcasing our premium products in various settings, including trendy restaurants and bars, top clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a Red Bull Ambassador, using your personality to bring the brand to life and establishing relationships with key influencers and business partners
• Taking ownership of On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to win them
• Providing business consultancy to customers, strengthening relationships and achieving mutually beneficial increases in earnings
• Utilising your sales and negotiation skills to surpass marketing and sales goals
• Analysing sales and customer data to develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer

Requirements:

• Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
• Strong ability to navigate technical landscapes, including iPhones, iPads, and custom applications
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyse data
• Must be at least 21 years of age and fluent in English

The base salary range for this position is $63,000 - 94,500 + cash incentives.
