Programming Specialist

We are looking for a Programming Specialist to join our team in Oslo.

As a Programming Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating content distribution across Red Bull's digital channels. You will develop channel and publishing plans that support marketing activities and campaigns, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and Content teams to ensure that Red Bull's content reaches the right audience at the right time.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate content distribution across Red Bull's digital channels
• Develop channel and publishing plans to support marketing activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Content teams
• Ensure that Red Bull's content reaches the right audience at the right time
• Define content priorities based on insights, results, and trends
• Optimize content for various platforms and audiences
• Identify new opportunities on existing and emerging digital channels
• Contribute to briefings and recommendations to maximize content effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze channel and content performance
• Translate data and insights into concrete actions and improvements
• Optimize user experience across Red Bull's digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with consumer behavior, digital trends, and new media
• Contribute to the daily operation of Red Bull's social media channels
• Strengthen engagement and dialogue with Red Bull's target audiences
• Collaborate with Creator Marketing and external partners as needed
• Contribute to building the brand through relevant and engaging content

Requirements:

• Experience in digital media, social media, content production, or marketing
• Experience in publishing, channel management, or content planning
• Good understanding of digital target audiences and how content is consumed on different platforms
• Interest in trends, internet culture, and new digital opportunities
• Ability to combine creativity with analysis
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
