Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Enterprise Platforms & AI Systems Engineer to join its team. This hybrid role is based in San Jose, CA or Remote in Denver, CO, and reports to the Collaboration Solutions Manager in the IT Digital Employee Experience department.
The successful candidate will support and assist in driving the visionary innovation of Zscaler over the next decade, shaping the future of its technology across collaboration applications and the emerging AI space. They will work closely with support and executive support teams while leading a team to deliver cutting-edge services into both enterprise and FedRAMP environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and articulating the strategic vision for Google Workspace and MS365, aligning with organisational goals and industry best practices
- Leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of Google Workspace solutions, including email, collaboration tools, and security features
- Automating management tasks, such as creation, updates, and deletions for user and group objects within MS365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Lucid within FedRAMP environments
- Developing and driving the strategic vision for the AI-powered collaboration ecosystem
- Leading the technical implementation and architectural integration of AI platforms with enterprise applications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- Experience driving AI adoption strategies that balance operational autonomy with centralised security control
- 5+ years of experience within Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting experience
- Proven track record in agentic development, including the ability to configure custom data connectors, manage API integrations, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows
- Demonstrated experience managing identity and access governance (IAM) within high-impact FedRAMP-authorized environments
We offer a competitive salary range of $124,000-$155,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits, including various health plans, time off plans, parental leave options, retirement options, education reimbursement, and in-office perks.
