Description
At 3M's Çerkezköy facility, you will work as a Machine Operator, have the opportunity to showcase your curiosity, and collaborate with innovative and diverse individuals from around the world.
In this role, you will:
- Operate various machines or stations, use them, collect finished products, and/or package and inspect products
- Carry out process operations, enter data, update inventory, etc., using computers as needed
- Follow operating procedures and customer requirements to produce high-quality products and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Fill and process orders for shipment
- Collect and package orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in production operations in the private sector
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
