Description
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations in Kendal. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store where needed, adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed
- Collaborating with colleagues across the store to maintain a smooth flow of products and operations
- Operating mechanical equipment relevant to the job role
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 04:30 - 08:30
- Tuesday: 04:30 - 08:30
- Thursday: 04:30 - 08:30
- Friday: 04:30 - 08:30
- Saturday: 04:30 - 08:30
Additional Requirements:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply, as this job role involves operating mechanical equipment
- A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to any hours worked between 22:00-06:00
