Floor Lead (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team at the Pacific Centre in Vancouver. As a Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure efficient execution of daily operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain brand standards
• Support in mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Participate in onboarding and assessing team members
• Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
