We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support your team in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 05:00-09:00
- Monday: 04:00-08:00
- Tuesday: 04:00-08:00
- Wednesday: 04:00-08:00
Additional Information:
- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
- You must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- All successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
