Manager / Senior Manager, Technology Team Lead

As a Manager / Senior Manager, Technology Team Lead, you will execute AI strategy and roadmap for AIA Innovation projects, and provide technical direction for advanced AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new technology-driven products, solutions, and services
• Oversee the development of back-end and front-end applications
• Ensure a high level of development velocity across all development teams
• Ensure quality delivery of technology solutions and track their impact post-implementation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions with existing system architecture and user workflows
• Develop AI/Gen AI capability frameworks and development plans, and provide technical oversight and mentorship to the team
• Track the impact and effectiveness of deployed AI solutions, driving continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies and their application in business
• Proven track record in R&D and deployment of large-scale AI solutions, with hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications
• 8+ years of experience in technology roles
• Proven experience driving high-impact technology initiatives across complex, global organisations
• Strong leadership qualities, including presentation and influencing skills
• Experience in strategic planning and change project management
• Understanding of the Chinese technology landscape is an asset
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
