We are seeking a Financial Services Advisor to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Nürnberg. As a Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and selling financial services products to demanding customer groups via telephone and video consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and sell financial services products with a focus on securities products up to risk class 4
- Utilize cross-selling potentials beyond the primarily offered product range
- Build sustainable and valuable customer relationships and continuously develop them
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and needs-based advice
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Advisory Centre and other distribution channels
- Guarantee high service quality while adhering to regulatory and internal requirements
- Process assigned and self-initiated customer leads in the advisory system
- Ensure high appointment and conversation frequency
- Perform all necessary pre- and after-sales activities
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a bank clerk
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services products
- Sales experience
- Evidence of expertise in accordance with the EU Directive on Intermediaries (EU-VRR)
- Cost awareness and ability to think and act in a business-oriented manner
- PC skills, ability to learn job-specific systems
- Sales skills and enjoyment in contact with customers
- Open and communicative personality, willing to work in teams
- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop specialist, sales, process, and digitalization know-how
- Routine in handling PC and software applications
- High sales and self-motivation as well as pronounced customer orientation
- Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and high performance readiness
- Very good communication skills
