Senior Product Builder

As a Senior Product Builder at EarnIn, you'll help bring the company's mission to life by building AI-native products that deliver real-time financial flexibility. You'll own technical product strategy, define what to build and why, and work directly with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical product strategy and define what to build and why
• Rethink the product development lifecycle and challenge each stage
• Define quality for AI-powered products and work with engineering to set benchmarks and quality gates
• Graduate pilots to production and build reusable libraries and templates
• Build toward zero-to-one and lead new product initiatives from idea to launch
• Lead across functions and work with a cross-functional team
• Communicate the vision and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in product management or engineering
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AI native product development lifecycles
• Proficiency and comfort working across the stack when needed
• Strong analytical skills and deep empathy for user needs
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in a culture of rapid experimentation

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech or regulated, security-sensitive environments
• Hands-on work with AI governance and bias evaluation
• Exposure to multi-step reasoning pipelines or human-in-the-loop system design
