PMO Consultant - Finance

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a PMO Consultant - Finance to manage projects from initiation to delivery while serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams. The role involves:

• Managing project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met (~30%)
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices, acting as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams (~20%)
• Identifying and managing risks and issues, proactively surfacing blockers, dependencies, and risks (~10%)
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery (~15%)
• Tracking and reporting project progress, maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and regular status updates (~15%)
• Supporting continuous improvement, encouraging Agile best practices, team collaboration, and process enhancements (~10%)
