Regional Manager EMEA, Data Center Capacity Delivery

Job Overview

As a Regional Manager EMEA, Data Center Capacity Delivery at Anthropic, you will own delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming projects. Your primary goal will be to deliver data center projects to floor access as fast as they can safely be built.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a team of Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners across multiple sites in the region.
• Set and enforce delivery standards across projects, ensuring integrated schedule, quality requirements, change control, reporting, and tools are met.
• Own portfolio execution for the region, focusing on schedule, quality, and safety outcomes on every active project.
• Drive ownership and influence both inside and outside contractual structures to achieve project goals.
• Identify blockers early and clear them across developer, GC, and trade layers.

Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience delivering data center or other mission-critical construction.
• Proven track record of leading a multi-project portfolio and building a team that delivered it.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end development process, including entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience managing developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level.

Nice to Have

• Hyperscale data center delivery experience on the owner, developer, or GC side.
• Familiarity with the UK and continental European market.
• Experience with lease, construction, and development contract structures.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is £1-£1 GBP.

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Required field of study: A field relevant to the role.
• Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas.
