Description
We are seeking a Bank Advisor to join our Private Customer Bank team in Ludwigsburg. As a Bank Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private customers.
Your Tasks:
- Provide customer-oriented advice to clients and sell banking products, such as accounts, cards, building savings plans, and deposits.
- Conduct needs-based consultations and advise on personal banking products, including consumer financing, retirement planning, and building savings plans.
- Develop and maintain expertise in digital features and services, such as online and mobile banking.
- Support customers with transactions, service, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and implement new service processes.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification.
- Sales orientation and good knowledge of private customer products.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
