Description
Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer for the EA SPORTS™ FC Mobile, Business Operations team. As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with genre-leading interactive experiences.
The Assistant Producer will work closely with central organisations such as Publishing, Marketing, ASO, Legal & Release Management teams on behalf of the Development Team, helping to manage & organise live event promotions, draft messaging for players, and provide operational support to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the community management team to understand user needs and write critical in-game communications
- Collaborate with Fan Care teams to provide guidance on communications to fans and players
- Draft engaging marketing copy that meets legal & licensing requirements
- Review in-game copy for campaigns & tutorials, improving quality & tone for an English-speaking audience
- Coordinate marketing deliverables with interdisciplinary global teams
- Identify opportunities to grow live operations services and tools
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in games development or games social media
- Communications experience, drafting copy for games or social media accounts
- Passion for global football/soccer and knowledge of current teams & players
- Basic Photoshop skills and organisational skills
- Ability to speak more than one language is an asset
