Description
As a Temporary Manufacturing Associate at 3M's Valley plant, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative people and make an impact by producing quality products, meeting production goals, and supporting on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Producing quality products by following established procedures and customer requirements
- Working as part of a team to meet production goals and support on-time delivery
- Safely operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Inspecting and packaging products to meet quality standards
- Using basic production tools and computer systems to support daily operations
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Ability to work up to 899 hours
Pay:
- Starting rate of $18.50/hour + $1.25/hour differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
