Commercial Advisor

HSBC México is seeking a Commercial Advisor to join their team in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

The main function of this role is to improve the customer experience at the branch by providing specialised attention, focusing on service needs, advice, promotion and sale of products to clients, as well as correct referral to platforms or counters for special operations through the operation of the shift system, in addition to migration to digital channels.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economic-Administrative or Financial area (unfinished or completed) or completed Baccalaureate.
• Experience in customer service and/or attention, minimum 6 months.
• Sales experience, minimum 6 months, preferably in the financial sector.
• Monday to Saturday schedule.
