Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our global treasury infrastructure.

You will own the day-to-day execution and long-term transformation of our global cash management and banking architecture, leveraging modern financial technology, automated workflows, and AI tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Global Cash & Liquidity Management: daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting
• Investment Portfolio Strategy: managing in-house and external fixed income portfolios, driving trading execution, and yield optimization strategies
• Operational Transformation & Automation: redesigning treasury workflows and infrastructure, eliminating friction, and deploying AI and automation tools
• Policy Ownership: drafting, refining, and enforcing global policies for cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits
• Bank & Counterparty Relationships: directing global banking partnerships, managing fee structures, and leading operational and service reviews
• Letters of Credit: overseeing issuance, reporting, and bank allocation
• Cross-Functional Architecture & M&A: leading treasury integration for M&A activity and legal entity expansion
• Systems Administration: managing access, data integrity, and compliance across key systems

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of dedicated Cash Management experience within a fast-scaling tech company or multi-entity/currency enterprise environment
• Fixed Income Expertise: proven track record managing corporate fixed income portfolios and navigating financial markets
• Systems & AI Literacy: proficiency in modern treasury infrastructure and hands-on experience leveraging AI platforms
• Cross-Functional Leadership: strong track record of partner management and influencing cross-functional teams
• Execution & Ownership: self-starter mindset with drive to build robust documentation and take full accountability for global outcomes

The pay range for this role is $169,100-$232,550 USD.
