Premier Relationship Manager, Kota Kinabalu

We are seeking an experienced Premier Relationship Manager to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, providing them with exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of Premier customers, completing full reviews to establish and address their immediate and future financial requirements
• Acquiring new customers and upgrading existing ones to Premier
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and embedding customer loyalty
• Understanding and delivering the standards of service quality required
• Maximizing growth in your portfolio and achieving business objectives

Requirements:

• Recognized tertiary Diploma/Degree qualification
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience
• Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products
• Relationship management experience with high net worth clients
• Strong technical skills in wealth management
• Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills
• Licenses: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Pre Contract Examination - Life and Insurance (PCE), Federation of Investment Managers - Unit Trust, Malaysian Takaful Association License (MTA), and Investor Protection Professional Certification (IPPC)
