We are seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health, a leading provider of primary care services. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our team to achieve excellent outcomes.
Job Summary As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients, managing treatment and chronic diseases, and evaluating care. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure practice policies and procedures are followed.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure practice policies and procedures are followed
- Provide care for presenting patients, manage treatment and chronic diseases, and evaluate care
Ideal Candidate
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations
- Good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework
Package Description
- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience
