Senior Commercial AI & Data Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commercial AI & Data Strategy Manager to lead the strategic development of Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and Commercial AI at Red Bull Deutschland.

As a central architect of our local data and AI landscape, you will translate global platforms, standards, and innovations into scalable solutions for the German market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a long-term vision and roadmap for Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and Commercial AI
• Leading and developing the Commercial AI & Data Strategy Team
• Building and strengthening competencies in analytics and AI
• Collaborating with HQ teams and local stakeholders to develop relevant use cases and solutions
• Ensuring data quality and integrity, and making data accessible for advanced analytics and AI applications
• Developing and optimizing the local data cloud architecture and data foundation
• Integrating and harmonizing internal and external data sources
• Creating scalable data models and a consistent commercial semantic layer
• Developing reusable standards and analytics building blocks
• Enabling business teams to develop and utilize solutions independently

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English language skills
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in data strategy, data science, advanced analytics, AI, or a related field
• Practical experience with AI and agentic AI applications and workflows
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses and data platforms
• Understanding of modern data architectures and data modeling
• Commercial understanding and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Architectural and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Experience in people leadership and talent development
