Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and the IT roadmap. The successful candidate will own end-to-end delivery of one or more programs, define scope, objectives, success metrics, and benefits realization plans.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for senior leaders, business partners, and technical teams
• Deliver clear status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
• Facilitate decisions, escalate issues, and resolve conflicts and dependencies
• Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, change control, and RAID management
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, regulatory, and change management standards
• Own program budget, forecasting, and variance tracking
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships, SOWs, and contract deliverables
• Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
• Partner with business and communications teams on change management, training, and user adoption
• Lead post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional technology programs
• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks
• Experience managing program budgets and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
