We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Martinsville, New Jersey. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.
In this role, you will take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that keep our practice moving. This includes verifying insurance coverage, securing prior authorizations, coordinating physician referrals, and optimizing schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Verify insurance coverage and manage benefits
- Obtain authorization and prior authorization
- Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
Qualifications:
- High school or GED diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-4pm
Compensation:
- Pay range: $18-$20 per hour
