Description
Samsara, a recently public company, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join its Strategic Customer Success team. The team advises and guides large customers to ensure they adopt Samsara's IoT solutions and gain business value from them.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying and adopting Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets across various industries, including trucking, transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school buses.
Your role will involve:
- Ensuring successful deployment of Samsara's solution for large-scale customers
- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
- Tracking implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology to executives and day-to-day users
- Juggling multiple customer engagements in parallel and working cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for customers
- Serving as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams
Requirements for the role include:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
