Marketing Campaigns Manager

GenScript is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager, International, to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. The successful candidate will work remotely in the United States.

The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into marketing campaigns.
• Develop insight-driven creative strategies and campaign plans, including target audience definition and omni-channel content development.
• Oversee internal and external creative content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies.
• Build the GenScript LSG brand narrative across campaigns, ensuring consistency and strategic continuity.
• Optimize marketing campaign processes and management tools.
• Monitor campaign progress, analyze effectiveness, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Lead the marketing campaigns team, fostering engagement, capability development, and performance assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
• Experience in biotechnology, biomedical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis, as well as digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
