Data Analyst

We are seeking a part-time Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team at Goodwood. As a Data Analyst, you will support the delivery of reporting and insights across the business, helping teams better understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and insight requirements
• Analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Produce customer insights to support marketing, sales, and commercial decision-making
• Build, analyse, and report on survey results
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way
• Support the Data & Insights team with ad hoc analysis, report building, and data projects
• Help maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of key customer data systems

Requirements:

• Prior experience using Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong communication skills and confidence to work with various stakeholders
• Proactive and curious approach with a genuine interest in understanding customers and business performance
