Manager, Recruiting (London, United Kingdom)

As a Recruiting Manager, you will cultivate, lead, mentor, grow, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Sales in EMEA.

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that brings in exceptional talent
• Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
• Champion initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
• Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including 2+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales recruiting
• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance and inform decision-making
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions to support organisational growth

Nice to have:

• Experience with diversity and inclusion in recruiting strategy
• Ability to create something new in an ambiguous environment
• Fluency in German or French
