Staff Product Manager, Corporate Site (Growth)

Job Overview

As a Staff Product Manager, Corporate Site (Growth) at Airwallex, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our corporate website. You will lead a talented team to generate meaningful commercial impact via our corporate website design.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the corporate website, focusing on metrics like organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Website teams to design and deliver a best-in-class self-serve experience for customers.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with GTM, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Improve campaign effectiveness with Marketing and RevOps teams.
• Lead the end-to-end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis.
• Work closely with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows.
• Analyze website performance data to identify drop-off points, user behavior patterns, and new growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and other Product teams to ensure the corporate site supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall professional experience within Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Corporate Website product ownership experience.
• A/B testing and experimental design experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Close attention to detail and ability to structure complex problems.
• Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality.
• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy.

Compensation and Benefits

• $190K – $270K per year
