Senior People Business Partner - Product & Engineering

As a Senior People Business Partner for Product and Engineering at CoreWeave, you will enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth.

You will own and drive core people processes, balancing executional rigor with speed, and identify patterns early to surface insights quickly.

Your focus will be on reducing friction, increasing clarity, and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Partnership: Serve as an influential thought partner to P&E leaders, helping translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Execute with Impact: Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, often ambiguous workstreams.
• Pattern Recognition & Insights: Leverage data, observations, and deep domain expertise to identify recurring patterns across P&E.
• Enable Change at Speed: Lead organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Talent Management: Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management activities across P&E.
• People Risk & Workplace Advisory: Independently manage complex people matters.
• Cross-functional Delivery: Lead effective collaboration with People Team COEs and other stakeholders.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
