As a Store Manager at NEXT's Lincoln store, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team, with exceptional commercial understanding to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver amazing service and achieve performance targets
- Ensuring accurate stock processes and maintaining a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities
- Forming part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager
- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication at all times
