Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to join our team in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing demand and supply, ensuring the optimal production and delivery of our products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing demand forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and market information
• Creating production plans aligned with forecasted demand and collaborating with the production team
• Managing inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
• Analyzing data on demand, supply, sales, and inventory to identify trends and areas for optimization
• Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, production, logistics, and sales
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Basic knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• English language proficiency
