Senior Director, Finance - Central EA Studios

Electronic Arts is a global gaming company that inspires players and fans with next-generation entertainment experiences. The company's CFO organization comprises various finance disciplines, aiming to partner with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences.

The Senior Director, Finance - Central EA Studios, will lead business support for central EA Studios organizations, serving as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses & teams. This role will also contribute to strategic functional initiatives and transformation as a demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders across the business to support financial elements associated with strategy execution
• Manage the holistic health of EA Studio businesses, including full P&L responsibility
• Lead financial planning processes, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles
• Manage recurring enterprise processes, such as title planning, investment prioritization, and management reporting
• Drive regular communications with EA Studio Leadership Teams
• Establish and track performance measurements across major offerings and projects
• Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis
• Serve as a leadership partner with other Finance teams and disciplines

• Lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across central EA Studios
• Develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to key Finance initiatives to evolve and improve the organization
• Help lead EA Studios FP&A communications and recurring activities

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making
• A people leader invested in the team's success and building an inclusive environment
• Excels in a dynamic business environment and can resolve complex business issues
• Builds trust, diverse relationships, and can move beyond reporting to synthesis and insight
• Experienced in evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans
• Proven track record managing businesses and organizations at scale across a distributed team
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset, passion for innovation & transformation, and the ability to challenge self, teams & partners to grow & improve
