What you'll do

You'll be part of our team and support us in our daily work. Your tasks will include...

• Kommunikations- und Change Management Maßnahmen in der Hauptabteilung, sowie übergreifend in der gesamten #DigitalFamily Organisation
• Koordination und Moderation großer Veranstaltungen
• Porsche IT interne Redaktionskonferenzen
• Community Management

What you need

• Ein Studienplatz für (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Transformation Management, New Work oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)
• Erste Praxiserfahrung als Teil eines Change Management- oder Kommunikations-Teams wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
• Interesse an agilen Methoden wie SAFe, Scrum etc.
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit Grafikprogrammen wie CANVA o.ä.
