Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Manager II to join their Clinical Solutions team. As a Site Activation Manager II, you will be responsible for managing site activation activities in the United States and at least one additional global region.
Responsibilities
- Manage site activation activities, including regulatory submissions, ethics/IRB submissions, site activation, and study start-up management
- Coordinate multiple site activation deliverables and timelines simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with GCP, clinical trial regulations, and country-specific start-up requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Activation Manager (SAM) within the clinical research industry
- Experience managing site activation activities in the United States and at least one additional global region
- Strong Site Start-Up (SSU) experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple site activation deliverables and timelines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial regulations, and country-specific start-up requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
