They provide technical expertise for various aspects of apartment communities, including HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and cosmetic enhancements. The ideal candidate is personable, has exceptional technical skills, and a passion for hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests within 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Consistently represent the Wasatch brand.
- Embody an owner's mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently working as a Maintenance Technician with experience in growing into a Team Lead or Lead Maintenance role.
- Previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining:
+ Electrical Systems + Plumbing + Appliances + Flooring + Carpentry + Heating and Air Systems/HVAC + Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently, lead, and as part of a team.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - 28.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.
