Electronic Arts is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will report to the Manager, FP&A.
The CFO organisation at Electronic Arts comprises a broad group of finance disciplines, with the common goal of partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences. As a Financial Analyst, you will assist the onshore services team in monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning processes, ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables, and provide commentary for major variances.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and reporting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables
- Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders
- Report actuals and compare them with plan/forecast
- Provide commentary for major variances
- Identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with global business partners
- Create new Power BI reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3-5 years of related financial and FP&A experience
- Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
