Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time outpatient physical therapist to join our team at 37503 Lexington Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation.

As an outpatient physical therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensure patient evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and functional, and establish treatment plans with realistic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment
• Provide patient care assessment and treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure quality patient outcomes
• Supervise support staff
• Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services
• Promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers
• Provide appropriate patient care in accordance with age/developmental guidelines

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy school
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C
