Join Marks & Spencer's team as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Barnsley Retail Park.
You'll be the backstage powerhouse of their stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This physically demanding role involves stock management, handling deliveries, and maintaining a clean shop floor.
Responsibilities include:
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Adapting quickly to changing demands
The work pattern is:
- Monday: 11:00-15:00
- Thursday: 11:00-15:00
- Friday: 18:00-22:00
Note that due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
