Description
The Recall Launch Coordinator reports directly to the Business Operations Manager and plays a crucial role in managing the dealer, owner, and fleet data release/update process for Field Service Actions (FSAs).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process special requests for extracting information to support Automotive Safety Office/Office of the General Council and other company activities.
- Implement FSAs in GCAMP and coordinate with Global country coordinators.
- Manage the timely launch of FSAs, including pulling extracts, executing dealer bulletin postings, and activating GCAMP system interfaces.
- Support IT efforts for GCAMP system updates, enhancements, and testing.
- Coordinate government report processing and distribution.
- Participate in multi-regional coordinator meetings to resolve system defects and enhancements.
- Prepare Weekly Status Sheets and perform GCAMP functionality reviews.
- Ensure timely release of FSA Dealer Bulletins and send notifications.
- Support 14D closure process and FSA ISO documentation.
- Perform file searches for agency inquiries.
- Provide leadership to suppliers and maintain required records.
- Assist in training new GCAMP Coordinators and communicate executive announcements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams.

Salary:
- Salary grade 7: $86,600-$144,900.
- Salary grade 8: $99,100-$166,200.
