Commercial, Finance and Supply Planning Specialist (Downtrade - Small Retail)

We are seeking a Commercial, Finance and Supply Planning Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Job Summary: As a Commercial, Finance and Supply Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis to support business decisions in the Downtrade - Small Retail area. You will work closely with various teams, including Business, Planning, Supply Chain, and Transportation, to ensure alignment of commercial and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial projections and support leadership decision-making
• Ensure financial discipline, budget adherence, and investment governance in Customer Collaboration
• Enhance financial transparency and visibility in initiatives, KPIs, and investments
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the area, aligning with commercial and operational strategies
• Provide accurate financial projections to support leadership decision-making
• Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses
• Ensure delivery of the Financial Sales Plan (FS), translating commercial ambitions into executable supply plans
• Investigate root causes of operational disruptions and propose actions to improve planning, supply, and execution
• Lead structured governance of key indicators, such as FS, DOH, availability, and service level, ensuring visibility and accountability across involved areas

Requirements:

• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills (differential)
• Ability to transition between financial, operational, and commercial topics
• Previous experience in areas such as Finance, Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Sales Planning, or similar
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Familiarity with construction and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards, and managerial analyses
• Ability to work transversally with multiple areas and hierarchical levels
• Influence decisions and conduct governance forums
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in consumer goods, beverages, retail, or high operational complexity environments
