Production Execution Manager

This role provides Production Execution management for Manufacturing, including mid-range to long-term strategic business planning, annual budget planning, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct manufacturing operations to achieve business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic business plans, including three-year operational and financial roadmaps.
• Provide organizational leadership by evaluating workforce capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and business requirements.
• Direct the development and management of annual operating and capital budgets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; technical, manufacturing, or business-related education preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment, including at least 7 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience developing mid- and long-range business plans, strategic initiatives, and annual operating and capital budgets.
• Extensive technical knowledge of production manufacturing, prototype development, machining operations, and product development processes.
