Retail Artist

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Athens Airport.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be a representative of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and championing the art of world-class artistry.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers as part of a team
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Charlotte Tilbury products
• Recreate iconic makeup looks and offer personalized recommendations
• Maintain high standards of grooming and visual merchandising

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment (ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG)
• Knowledge of makeup application and ability to adapt to different customers' needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
• Ability to provide a five-year working and personal reference, and undergo a Criminal Reference Check
