We are searching for an Associate Director or Director of High School History with a Master’s Degree and at least five years of school leadership with a proven record of academic outcomes in History.
In this role, you will support our team to ensure that students achieve excellent results in History courses through:
- History Vision and Strategy: Design rigorous History learning experiences
- Achieve Annual Academic Goals: Lead HS History with a high bar of excellence
- Collaboration and Problem Solving: Develop authentic relationships across Zeta
- Curriculum and Assessment Management: Create and curate curriculum aligned with New York State Learning Standards
- Professional Learning: Design and lead professional learning trainings
- Instructional Management: Develop clear instructional management plans
- Data Analysis: Study data to identify gaps and take action
- Feedback Driven: Embrace a growth mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $130,000.
