Customer Trust Specialist

As a Customer Trust Specialist at Anthropic, you'll work on customer-facing security engagements to build trust and transparency for large enterprises using Claude with their critical workloads.

You'll partner closely with various teams to make Anthropic's security posture straightforward for customers and their auditors to understand.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate security terms and schedules with regulated enterprise customers
• Handle complex customer questionnaires, RFPs, and security assessments
• Conduct onsite and remote security audits with strategic accounts
• Communicate Anthropic's security posture in customer briefings
• Contribute to the team's library of Legal-approved positions and audit runbooks
• Build with Claude to automate evidence gathering and support internal research
• Help write and maintain customer-facing trust artifacts
• Route control gaps and new-capability asks to the right teams
• Track engagement metrics and report on them regularly

Minimum qualifications:

• Solid security expertise in at least one domain
• Hands-on experience with customer-facing security work
• Ability to hold a security position under pressure
• Comfortable talking security with CISOs and verifying claims
• Experience writing positions, playbooks, or standard answers
• Clear written communication
• Ability to get colleagues to prioritize and close work
• Comfortable working independently

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years in security across any domain
• 3+ years in security leadership
• Experience applying LLMs to security assurance or GRC work
• Familiarity with financial services security expectations
• Familiarity with AI-specific trust topics
• Experience at a company with significant enterprise security scrutiny
• Strategic thinking and prioritization
• Strong writing skills
• Understanding of AI system risks
• Experience supporting contract negotiations
