Description
We are seeking a creative visionary to join us as VM Manager on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will bring innovation and exciting ideas to brand projects and campaigns. As VM Manager, you will set, drive, and deliver the creative, experiential strategy in line with the broader EU strategy. Your key deliverables will include 'out of home' creative projects that deliver engaging experiences to customers and drive brand awareness, as well as commercial brand projects that drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Set, drive, and deliver the creative, experiential strategy in line with the broader EU strategy
- Independently manage the creative process to ensure exceptional creative quality
- Execute innovative and world-class experiential projects from ideation and design through to delivery in-store
- Lead as a brand expert, protecting brand image across all channels and online
- Own your CPA, ensuring projects are on track and all stages accounted for
- Confidently present designs/prototypes to management for approval
- Manage planograms and assortments across all experiential projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the EU is first to market with best-in-class retail concepts
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Engage suppliers to ensure quality projects
- Manage VM budget, forecasting, and spend
- Oversee prop and stock management
- Champion sustainability in all VM projects
Requirements:
- Strong, demonstrable VM experience at a manager level
- High attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience working with vendors and understanding of fabrication and production processes
- Ability to interpret business needs and develop concepts/solutions
- Experience with design packages such as Adobe and 3D sketchup
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with forecasting and budget management experience
- Ability to balance design, operational needs, and budget objectives
