Solutions Architect - Search Specialist

As a Search Solutions Architect, you'll design and deploy innovative solutions that leverage AI, semantic search, and vector search technologies, helping organisations unlock their data's full potential.

Responsibilities

• Architect next-generation search solutions using Elastic's latest AI, semantic search, and vector search advancements.
• Harness the power of ELSER to achieve unparalleled accuracy and efficiency in search queries and data retrieval.
• Unlock the potential of vector search by implementing powerful algorithms and creating high-dimensional vector representations of data.
• Deliver compelling proof-of-concept projects showcasing the combined value of AI, semantic search, vector search, and ELSER.
• Become a thought leader and evangelize Elastic's vision through presentations, blog posts, and other channels.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment within the Solutions Architecture team and across departments.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and industry experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of search and AI-powered solutions.
• Continuously learn and explore the evolving landscapes of AI, semantic search, vector search, and related technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level search solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI and semantic search technologies, with a focus on RAG, vector search, and NLP.
• Familiarity with emerging ecosystem technologies like Hugging Face, Langchain, etc.
• Solid knowledge of ELSER's architecture and other models within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with vector databases and other emerging data storage solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative spirit and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Unwavering commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in technology and emerging trends.
• Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.
