As a Small Format Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guest service fundamentals and building a guest-first culture across the store
- Supporting daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
- Processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom audits
- Operating powered equipment to move merchandise
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
The starting hourly rate for this role is $15.75 USD per hour.
