Description
We are seeking team members for various seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
The starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour. As a team member at Target, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who are excited about working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to our guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will be expected to work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests, and be flexible with your work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and following multi-step processes
