Claims Officer

We are seeking a Claims Officer to join our team in Ghana. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for investigating and confirming claims, making payments, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and confirm claims
• Make claims payments
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Gather client feedback
• Analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
