Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Trafford Centre, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 04:00–10:00
- Wednesday: 04:00–10:00
- Thursday: 04:00–10:00
- Friday: 04:00–10:00
- Saturday: 04:00–10:00
Additional Information:
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour is applied for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
- You may be required to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
