Manufacturing Engineering - Manager

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineering - Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Plainfield, IN.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of plant manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership in a high-volume or complex production environment
• Site Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience
• Ability to lead end-to-end capital projects
• Strong cross-functional engineering support capability
• Demonstrated success driving capacity, throughput, and productivity improvements
• Expertise in HSE-focused engineering
• Technical leadership in automation and advanced manufacturing
• Effective cross-functional interface skills
• Experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams

Education, licenses, certifications:

• College, university, or degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience required
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
